Thanks to our sponsors, volunteers, participants and donors we are pleased to announce that on January 15th, 2013 the Rochester Melanoma Action Group made its first $25,000 "Seed Grant" for melanoma research at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. The funds will help further the research into effective treatment and a cure for melanoma. 

We are excited about what we've accomplished our first year and with your continued support we will keep fighting melanoma though research and education.  Stay tuned for information about this year's race, set for Friday, August 2, 2013.
